French as a Second Language
Learning French as a Second Language (FSL)
The French program in our schools enables your child to
become an effective communicator in French, and encourages speaking,
writing and listening in our country’s other official language. It also
gives students an appreciation of French culture in Canada and in other
parts of the world. Learning a second language will help your child to
communicate and participate effectively in the workplace and the global
community.
An exciting and unique part of our FSL program is that it is offered to students from Grades 1 to 8. We also offer a range of courses at the secondary level - Grades 9 to 12.
