Registration Form for Mental Health Presentation at PF

To register for the "Supporting Our Children's Mental Health" presentation by Dr. Patrick Carney, Mental Health Lead and member of the Simcoe Muskoka Catholic District School Board Psychology Department, please click here. Note, you can also register for day care.
This session will take place Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at Patrick Fogarty Catholic Secondary School, in Orillia, from 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm. Childcare and light refreshments will be provided.

The registration deadline is one week prior to the event.
