Three Evenings of Reflection and Discussion at St. Mary’s Church, Barrie
St. Mary’s Church, Barrie is holding a series of three evenings of reflection and discussion on “Rejoice and be Glad” – the title of Pope Francis’ new apostolic exhortation on holiness in everyday life. The sessions will be facilitated by Sherry Chapman in the parish hall on Thursday, October 18, 25, and November 1 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
“Rejoice and be glad” is what Jesus said on the Sermon on the Mount. It is also the title of Pope Francis’ new apostolic exhortation on holiness in everyday life. We are all called to be holy by “living our lives with love” and by “bearing witness” to God in everything we do. You are invited to reflect and discuss how this inspirational and practical letter from Pope Francis applies to our each of lives. Sessions led by Sherry Chapman. Please R.S.V.P. by emailing the parish office at [email protected] or calling 705-728-2985
